A 10 Minute Play Performance And Workshop was run in Bristol In November 2019 as part of the CLIFTON LIT FEST. The workshop ran at the Clifton Library and featured Doc and professional actor, Peter Smart.

Let’s Make Sweet Music Together” was a runner-up at this year’s international play competition. To be given a script in hand performance February 2019. “The play is balanced and rounded, with a conflict from the start. Strong, well defined characters, well written dialogue and an unexpected denouement.”

Exposed the Major and the Roman Baths is the first full biography of the Major to be published. It describes not just the excavation but also chronicles the Major’s life through his many triumphs and failures, his tricky relationship with the Town Council, of court appearances, divorces and scandals.

Doc Watson, who won this competition last year with What’s the time, Virginia Woolf?, (1M,2W) entered this time a delicious revenge comedy set in the world of celebrity cookery. In an amusing real-time scenario, "Manger à Trois", he creates a pressurised world of jealousy and rivalry which entertains throughout. (2M, 1W)
